Graycor Corporate Headquarters Homewood, Illinois Completion: 1992 (est.) Area: 33,000 square feet Site & Program: This office headquarters for a general contractor was constructed in two phases. It is located on a wooded site in a Chicago suburb. Design: Nagle Hartray sited the building to preserve existing trees and to take advantage of views to the lake. Design was a collaborative effort with the contractor/client to insure rapid construction and a modest cost.
