Nagle Hartray furnishes complete architectural and interior design services in-house and engages a trusted group of engineers and other consultants on a project-by-project basis. This allows us to match the particular skill sets of professionals to each project’s unique needs.

Nagle Hartray also furnishes a wide range of pre-design services to assist our clients in defining project scope, selecting suitable sites and establishing budgets:

Program Definition (or Space Needs Analysis) to define project goals and determine the physical size and special requirements for a project

Concept Development to test the fit of a program to a particular site or to help define appropriate characteristics for an unidentified site

Master Planning to define a framework within which one or more projects can be developed over time

Feasibility Studies that include one or more of the following tasks:

Existing Facilities Analysis to determine the suitability of an existing building and site for expansion or remodeling

Building Code Analysis to determine the impact of adopted codes and local amendments on expansion or remodeling an existing building

Zoning Code Analysis to identify site constraints and potential variations that may be required

Site Selection Studies that identify the strengths and weaknesses of multiple sites to meet program needs and other project goals
